Tips for Calling into the VIS Tech Support Line:
When calling into the tech support line, it is important for you to know that there is rarely a problem we haven’t encountered before. Chances are you are not alone and we can help!
Here are a few tips from our service team to make the most of your phone support calls:
1. First, if you have a problem with any equipment, please know the issue before calling. This will help us to easily and quickly diagnose any issues over the phone to get you back up and running. If you do not know the problem, please ensure your equipment operator calls with the issue.
2. Second, please make sure you are at the machine and the equipment while on the phone with us. This makes it easy for us to walk you through any trouble shooting problems immediately.
3. Finally, it is important that you know if you are not on service and maintenance contract with VIS, your phone support call will cost $150/hour. If you are not on service and maintenance and would like to be, simply let the phone support operator know so we can get you set up.
